At PLE, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our lighting systems are built for long-term performance and real-world installations, and we back them accordingly.
All PLE Lights and Controllers include a 3-Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty from the date of purchase.

What does the Warranty cover?
- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical or internal component failures under normal use
- Outdoor-rated performance within intended use
If a covered defect occurs within the 3-year period, we will provide a replacement product or replacement parts as needed.
What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Physical damage or misuse
- Damage caused by modification or alteration
- Labor costs for removal or reinstallation
- Normal wear and tear
Products must be installed and operated according to recommended specifications.
Replacement Process
How do I submit a Warranty Claim?
- Fill out the Warranty Claim Form
- Provide photos and a brief description of the issue
We may provide troubleshooting steps to diagnose the issue before approving a replacement.
What happens if my Warranty Claim is approved?
If approved, replacement lights or controller components will be provided.
In many cases, replacements are sent with your next order for convenience.
