Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage

We will replace the item at no cost.
Return shipping may be required at our discretion, and we will provide a return label if needed.

Incorrect Items

If we ship the wrong item:

  • We will replace it immediately
  • We cover all return shipping costs
